Our selection process is transparent, structured, and completely free at every stage. Here's exactly how it works:
Send us a message on WhatsApp with the following: your full name, age, city, primary game title, in-game ID and username, current rank/tier, years of competitive experience, any tournament history or achievements, and links to gameplay clips or highlights if available. The more detail you provide, the better we can evaluate your application.
Our scouting team reviews every application individually. We look at your current rank, consistency, K/D ratio (where applicable), tournament history, gameplay awareness, and overall competitive potential. We don't just look at stats — we evaluate decision-making, adaptability, and how you perform under pressure through your submitted clips.
If your profile meets our criteria, you'll receive a trial invitation via WhatsApp from the Timmy Arcade team. Rahul Singh and the coaching staff personally oversee trials. Trials can be conducted online (custom matches) or offline at one of our LAN events. We observe your communication, teamwork, in-game leadership, mechanical skill, and how you handle high-pressure situations. Trials are completely free — no charges at any stage.
Players who pass trials are formally invited by Rahul to join Timmy Arcade's competitive roster. You'll receive full organizational support including team coordination, practice schedules, strategy sessions, content creation opportunities within the Timmy Arcade ecosystem, and representation in official tournaments. You'll be part of a structured, professional gaming environment backed by Rahul's community and network.
We evaluate players holistically — not just on aim and reflexes, but on everything that makes a competitive player valuable.
Strong in-game performance with a rank that reflects consistent competitive ability. We evaluate current rank, peak rank, and rank progression over time.
Clear callouts, positive attitude, ability to coordinate with teammates under pressure. Toxic players are automatically disqualified regardless of skill.
Regular practice schedule, willingness to improve, availability for team activities and events. We need players who take competitive gaming seriously.
Deep understanding of meta, strategies, map awareness, agent/character abilities, economy management, and situational decision-making.
Prior tournament experience is a plus but not mandatory. We value potential as much as past achievements. Rookies with raw talent are welcome.
Zero tolerance for cheating, hacking, exploiting, or any form of unfair play. Clean gaming history is mandatory. Any past bans will be investigated.
