Our scouting and management team reviews applications and selects participants based on criteria including but not limited to: skill level, rank, competitive experience, availability, and team fit.

We do not assure:

• That your application will be reviewed within a specific timeframe
• That you will be selected for any event or roster
• That selection for one event ensures selection for future events
• That team membership is permanent — rosters may change based on performance and organizational needs
• That feedback will be provided to unsuccessful applicants

4. Prizes Are Not Assured

Timmy Arcade may, at its sole discretion, offer prizes, awards, recognition, or other incentives at its events. However:

• Prizes are not assured at any event unless specifically stated in writing prior to the event
• Prize structures may be modified or cancelled at any time
• Prize distribution, if any, is determined solely by Timmy Arcade
• Any prizes offered are subject to applicable Indian tax laws and regulations
• Players should not participate with the expectation of receiving specific prizes
